Kathryn Michael Miller, a lifelong resident of Mobile, AL, passed away March 10, 2025. Kathryn was born on August 30, 1946, in Mobile, AL to mother Frances Long Michael and father George Victor Michael. She married Larre Michael Miller Sr. on February 03, 1968, and together they had four children. Kathryn was a devoted wife, mother and a devout Catholic of Little Flower and St. Dominic’s (1985-present).
Mrs. Miller was preceded in death by her father, George Victor Michael, her mother, Frances Long Michael, her father-in-law William Coughy Miller, mother-in-law Doris Stallings Miller, her brothers Victor Michael, Evangelos (Diane) Michael, and Joseph (Julie) Michael, and brother-in-laws David Sadler, Keith Miller, and Niece Chase Michael.
Kathryn is survived by her sister and best friend, Elizabeth “Beth” Sadler of Mary Esther, FL, her children, Larre (Gail) Miller, Jr., Victor (Ashley) Miller, Michelle Miller and Nicholas (Jeanette Sims, significant other) Miller;
Grandchildren: Kathryn (BK) (Abram) Realista, Nicholas C. Miller, Kinsey (Reed) Hardy, Nina Quinley, and Katey R. Miller.
Great Grandchildren: Alexis Realista, Adalyn Realista, Abe Jacinto Realista, and Baker W. Hardy

Kathryn was a graduate of Bishop Toolen High School in 1964. She graduated from Mercy Hospital School of Nursing in 1966. She was a lifelong nurse and worked at the Mobile Infirmary for over forty years in the SICU and Recovery Room. She came out of retirement in 2008 and ultimately finished her career at Providence Hospital in 2014.
Kathryn enjoyed traveling with husband Larre Miller in their RV and especially enjoyed taking their children and grandchildren to Walt Disney World. She enjoyed Mardi Gras, Buc-cees, and Alabama football. She loved her dogs Lucy and Paisley, and her cat, Mama.

Funeral services will be on Thursday, March 13, 2025 at St. Dominic's Catholic Church at 9:00 AM with a (Visitation) followed by a mass of Christian burial at 10:00 AM.
