Kenneth Dwain Brewer, 70, of Spanish Fort, AL passed away on December 29, 2025. Born on March 20, 1955 in Mobile, AL, he was a devoted family man…Husband, Father, Son, Brother, Uncle and adored “Peepaw”.
Dwain spent many years working at UOP, where he was known for his caring personality and deer chili. He was hardworking and very knowledgeable of his job. Despite his many responsibilities, he always made time for his family and interests. He enjoyed hunting and fishing and often spent his weekends at his grandkids’ sporting events. His love for the outdoors was something he shared with his children and grandchildren, leaving a mark on us that will never fade.
He was preceded in death by his parents, A.D. and Luverne Brewer; brothers, Darryl Brewer and Doug Brewer; and sister, Marlene Phillips.
He is survived by his loving wife of 50 years, Patricia Brewer of Spanish Fort; 3 children, Jason (Beth) Brewer of Fairhope, Jody (Regina) Brewer of Rock Hill, South Carolina and Jessica (John) Nord of Spanish Fort; 9 grandchildren; 1 great grandchild and his sister, Myra Phillips of Mobile, Alabama.
We find comfort in knowing that Dwain’s legacy lives on through the lessons he taught us, the love he shared and the memories we will cherish forever.
