Kirby "Jeanie" Loper, age 88, passed away Tuesday, February 18, 2020. Mobile Memorial Gardens Funeral Home is honored to be entrusted with the arrangements.
Jeanie had a gift for making people feel very special. One way she expressed this gift was through cooking. She loved to cook and helped prepare countless meals for family and friends in her lifetime. She was dedicated to her church and played the organ for over 50 years combined at Northside Bible Church and Parkview Church of the Nazarene.
Jeanie was preceded in death by her husband, Reginald Loper, who passed away on November 7, 2015.
Survivors include her daughter, Marty Loper; granddaughter, Kirbi Worrell; and sister, Nancy Wallace.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, February 22, 2020, at 2:00 pm from the chapel of Mobile Memorial Gardens Funeral Home. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 1:00-2:00 pm prior to the service. Burial will follow at Mobile Memorial Gardens Cemetery.

A chapel service will be held at 2pm on Saturday, 01/22/2020 from Mobile Memorial Gardens Funeral Home, followed by a committal service at the grave site.
