Marggie D. Woolsey, age 77, passed away on Sunday July 28, 2019. Marggie was born August 6, 1941 in Mobile, Alabama to the late Charles A Delhomme and Ruby Ree Delhomme. A strong work ethic lead her to a long and dedicated career with Gayfer's Department Store, Dillard's and Wal-Mart where she finished working with over fourty years combined. She never meet a stranger, loved attending her class reunions or any other type of gathering where people got together.
Marggie was honest to a fault whether you wanted to hear it or not. She taught responsibility and the need to take care of your business to her children. Marggie loved to laugh with her children and grandchildren, pranks and fun were taken in stride as she was always a good sport.
Preceded in death by her parents; Charles A and Ruby R. Delhomme, brothers: Charles A. Delhomme, Jr. and Leon Eugene Delhomme. Survivors left to cherish her memory include her sons; Pete (Janet) Woolsey, Scott (Linda) Woolsey, Eric (Kim) Woolsey. grandchildren Brandon Woolsey, Mallory O'Sullivan, Kaffery Jacobs, Ryeley Jacobs, Kara May, Charlotte Woolsey, Matthew Woolsey and Clarissa Woolsey and great grandchildren; Kagan, Matisyn and Amora Rose.
Visitation for Marggie will be held Wednesday, July 31, 2019 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Radney Funeral Home-Mobile, 3155 Dauphin Street, Mobile, AL 36606. A graveside service will occur Thursday, August 1, 2019 from 11:00 AM. at Mobile Memorial Gardens Cemetery, Three Notch Rd, Mobile, AL.
