Marquis Devon Stallworth Sr, 64 years of age, departed this life on Wednesday July 5, 2023, at his home in Mobile, Alabama.
Marquis was born on October 8, 1958, to Williams Stallworth Sr. and Carole James in Mobile, Alabama. He attended Murphy High School and later became a chief throughout Mobile and Atlanta. He was also the sole proprietor of Stallworth Lawn Care. Marquis is better known as Pudgy, he brough a lot of love, joy, and happiness to his family and friends through his cooking and comedic personality.
Pudgy never met a stranger, because of his smile and ability to draw people. He was loved by many and will never be forgotten.
Marquis was preceded in death by his mother Carole James, maternal grandmother Vera Adams. He leaves to cherish his memories, his loving and devoted father Williams (Mary) Stallworth Sr. Brothers: Williams Stallworth Sr., Ronnie Stallworth, Brennon Stallworth Sisters: Sheryl Johnson and Melissa Stallworth. His children D’Juan Lewis, Janilia James, Jerona Autrey, DeVonya Stallworth, Marquis Stallworth Jr. 17 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren a host of uncles, aunts, nieces, and nephews.
