Mary Eileen Cook Williams, age 81, of Mobile, passed away on Monday, November 30, 2020. Mobile Memorial Gardens Funeral Home is honored to be entrusted with the arrangements. Ms. Williams was a longtime and active member of St. Mark United Methodist Church. She loved cooking and loved preparing and sharing meals with her family and her church family. She was preceded in death by her parents, Gillis G. Cook, Sr. and Alma Cook. Survivors include her two daughters, Stephanie (Joey) Duralde and Phyllis Sheffield; four grandchildren, Jonathan (Brittini) Duralde, Jennifer Durable, Cas Sheffield, and Catherine Sheffield; two great-grandchildren, Brooklynn and Wyatt; one sister, many nieces, and nephews, and friends. Funeral services will be held Monday, December 7, 2020, at 12:00 p.m. from the chapel of Mobile Memorial Gardens Funeral Home. The family will receive friends from 11:00 a.m. until the service time at the funeral home. Interment will follow at Mobile Memorial Gardens Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family request memorials be made to the American Cancer Society or the charity of your choice.

A chapel service will be held at 12pm on Monday, 12/07/2020 at Mobile Memorial Gardens Funeral Home followed by a committal service at the grave site.
