Mattie Jo Thompson Tomaso, age 90, resident of Foley, AL, passed away Saturday, July 13, 2019.
Mattie was a devout member of Corpus Christi Catholic Church and performed various charitable acts with the church throughout her life.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Salvatore L. Tomaso and son, William John “Billy” Tomaso.
She is survived by her daughters, Joanne (Herbert)Hulsey of Foley, Patty Domzalski of Valparaiso, IN; son, Michael (Becky) Tomaso of Fairhope; grandchildren, Lexy Herboso, Eric Herboso, Maddie Tomaso, Michael Tomaso II, Ann Richardson, Chad M. Kelly, Bobby Kelly, Amanda Kelly; 5 great grandchildren; former son-in-law, Bob Kelly; other loving relatives and friends.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday, July 18, 2019 at 1:00 pm at Corpus Christi Catholic Church, Mobile, AL. The family will receive friends one hour prior to Mass.
Interment will follow in Mobile Memorial Gardens.
A church service will be held at 1pm on Thursday, 07/18/2019 from Corpus Christi Catholic Church, followed by a committal service at the grave site.
