Edgar Warren Polk Jr age 89 from Mobile Alabama was born to Edgar W Polk Sr and Faye L Polk on July 17, 1934. He departed this life on May 2, 2024. Edgar was proceeded in death by his parents; Edgar Sr and Faye, Brothers; Geary Polk, Charles Polk, Sisters; Jane Cooner, Charlene Polk, Son; Ronald D Kid and Great Grandson; Adam Kid.
He is survived by 2 Daughters; Linda Goodson of Enterprise Al and Karen(Rusty) Mayhugh of Theodore, Al, 1 Sister; Betty McGrath of California, 7 Grandchildren, and 18 Great Grandchildren.
From 1956 to 1960 Edgar served in the US Army. Upon returning home he worked as a Master Carpenter and Contractor. Edgar was an Operator in the Operating Engineers Local 653 from 1971 until is retired in 1996. He was also a Master Mason at Guy T Smith Lodge 883.
