Harold “Wayne” Hall- an 81 year old native and resident of Mobile passed away on Friday, December 15, 2023. Mr. Hall was a retired Instrumentation Engineer, and enjoyed Science and Engineering even after his retirement. The highlight of his career was working for NASA on the Apollo 5 Spacecraft for a short stint. His joy in life was found in discussing and sharing his faith in Jesus, journaling, and studying time and space. He was proud of his children and grandchildren as well. Mr. Hall was preceded in death by his wife, Patricia Hall, his parents, Union Hall and Elma Brown Hall, and his sister Linda Abernathy. He is survived by his children, Paige McLaughlin (Marty), Walter Hall (Lori), and April Connor (Tally); grandchildren, Lane, Landon, and Levi McLaughlin and Mya and Adleigh Hall, sister, Debbie Butler (Jerry), niece Katherine Abernathy, and other relatives and friends.

The family will receive friends at Cottage Hill Memorial Funeral Home on Friday, December 22, 2023 from 9-10 a.m. with a service at 10 a.m. Graveside services and interment will follow at Mobile Memorial Gardens cemetery at 11 a.m
