Mr. Kenneth Richard “Kenny” Hodges Sr. a native and lifelong resident of Mobile, Al died on Tuesday March 15, 2022 at a local health care facility. He was a dual sport athlete at the University of Southern Mississippi where he earned a scholarship in both baseball and tennis, also a member of the ASA Softball Hall of Fame, avid golfer with 31 holes in one, avid fisherman, member of the Order of Inca Mardi Gras Society for the past 50 years, and worked for forty five years with Nationwide Insurance Agency owning Kenny Hodges Insurance agency.
He was preceded in death by his parents Leo and Gladys Hodges. Kenny is survived by his son Kenneth Richard “Rick” Hodges Jr., two grandchildren Savannah Hodges, and Alyssa Hodges, other relatives and friends.

Funeral Services will be held from the Chapel of Cottage Hill Memorial Funeral Home on Saturday March 26, 2022 at 11:00AM. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Friday March 25, 2022 from 5 until 8PM. Interment will be in Mobile Memorial Gardens
