William James "Bill" Zay, 93, was born May 24, 1930, in Cleveland, Ohio and passed away September 22, 2023. He retired from the US Air Force as a Recruiter. He is survived by his wife of 71 years, Laura Hudson Zay; 3 sisters-in-laws, Helen Hudson, Grace Zay and Judy Gilroy; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Special thanks to caregivers, Shelinda and Shannon.
