Nicole A. Norfleet, 34, born in San Antonio, Texas. She passed away peacefully on Saturday the 21st of November 2020. The daughter of a serviceman she lived in many places such as Turkey, Georgia and California. She lived most of her life in Purcellville, Virginia and a few years ago bought her first house in Ranson, West Virginia. Nicole is survived by her fiancé Josh, mother Lori, father James, two sisters, Danielle and Angela (husband Kile and their sons Rhys and Jaxon). After many years of begging her mother for horse riding lessons and being turned down, she decided to adopt a Thoroughbred she named Emmy. Nicole was a devoted horse enthusiast. She trained Emmy to compete in Jumping and Dressage Events. As a team, they were training to earn a Bronze Medal in Dressage. Over the last 18 years in Northern Virginia and West Virginia, she made many long-lasting friendships both as a graduate of Loudoun Valley High School and from working and volunteering at Equine events. Family, our country, and the southern life-style were everything to Nicole. She was an accomplished cook who enjoyed hosting family dinners on Sundays. Nicole had aspirations of moving to the deep south to take on her grandparents/parent’s family farm one day in the future and was working to prepare the farm for Emmy’s retirement. She was the example others followed to live life to the fullest with dignity and respect as a Southern Woman. Funeral services will be held at Mobile Memorial Gardens Funeral Home on Saturday, December 5, 2020 at 12 noon. Visitation will start at 11 am. She will be laid to rest near her grandparents in Mobile Memorial Gardens..
