Patricia Ann Holder Boudousquie went to her heavenly home on January 9, 2026. Pat, as she was called by family and friends, took her last breath while being surrounded by her immediate family, which included her daughter, Linda, her son, Eddie, Jr. and her husband, Eddie Sr. One of Pat's worst fears was for her to die in a nursing home. We made sure that Pat left this world in comfort, was dearly loved and in her own bed. Pat also leaves behind a brother, Eugene and his wife Evelyn who live in Atlanta, Georgia, plus many nieces and nephews. Pat was born in Atlanta, Georgia on October 16, 1941, but moved to Mobile at an early age due to her father finding work here. Pat attended Vigor High School where she graduated in 1960. Pat went to work for a local company who built aircraft engines, starting as a secretary, and retiring after 35 years as Air Safety Manager. As a hobby, Pat enrolled in classes for art and for writing short novels in the 1990's at the local Seniors Retirement Center. Pat became quite good at working with pastels and oils. Pat started but never finished 3 different novels. Pat had a deep-rooted faith in Jesus and an unwavering commitment to spreading love and kindness to everyone she encountered. Although Pat's physical presence may no longer grace our lives, her spirit will continue to inspire and uplift us. May her memory be a blessing and may we carry forth her legacy of love and compassion in all that we do.
