Paul W. Silloway 88, died on Tuesday July 2, 2019 at his home in Midwest City, Oklahoma. Paul was born in Holyoke, Massachusetts, July 12, 1931. Paul lived in Mobile, Alabama until 1966 when he transferred from Brookley AFB to tinker AFB as a Department of Defense Civilian employee. His wife Dorothy, was with Paul until she passed away October 7, 2018. Paul, as a young man , was in the U.S. Army during the Korean conflict but he did not see combat. He was a member of St. Philip Neri Catholic Church in Midwest City, Oklahoma. He and his wife, Dorothy both worked in the church food pantry and also delivered Meals on Wheels for almost 19 years. Paul stopped working with the church food pantry and meals on wheels at the age of 87 when his wife, Dorothy was in her 90”s. Paul was preceded in death by his wife, Dorothy, his parents, his brothers and all sisters except for one, Emma. Paul is survived by a sister, Emma Ball and Family of Mobile, Numerous nieces and nephews. Paul is survived by all his five stepchildren, two daughters, Irma Bell of Moore, Ok. And Annah Hill of Mobile, AL; three sons, Jim (Sue) Robinson of San Antonio, TX, David (Carla) Robinson of Port St. Lucie, FL., and Jacky (Joann) Robinson of Mobile, AL. twelve grandchildren, Gregory Parker, Glenn (Susan) Parker, Gina (Chris) Culbreath, Gail, Lisa (Darcy) McGhee, Allan (Carmon) Hill, Michael (Amy) Hil, Todd (Michelle) Robinson, Kelly (Ivan) Miller, Jill (Jose) Robinson, Dale (Rachel) Robinson an Sean Robinson; 25 great grandchildren and 18 great great grandchildren. Memorial contributions in Mr. Silloway’s honor may be made to the American Cancer Society. The family will receive friends from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Friday, July 12, 2019 at Radney Funeral Home, Mobile, On Saturday, July 13, 2019 a graveside service will commence at 11:00 a.m. at Mobile Memorial Gardens, Mobile, AL.
