She was a member of Christ Fellowship Baptist Church. Survivors include her children, Mark Smith (spouse, Ruth Smith) of Auburn, Sharon Chappell (spouse, William Chappell) of Auburn. Grandchildren are Ashley Milligan (Zach) of Spanish Fort, Allison Toppen (Mark) of Auburn, Lydia Chappell of Stuart, FL., and Jared Chappell of Pensacola, FL. Great grandchildren are Drake Milligan, Slade Milligan, Emory Toppen and Ellis Toppen. She was preceded in death by husband, Robert R. Smith of Mobile, May 22, 2009, and daughter Beverly Smith of Mobile, November 27, 2019.

Visitation will be Friday, October 14, from 9: 00 a.m. until 10:00 a.m. for family, and 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. for family and friends with services to follow at 11:00 a.m. at the Radney Chapel. Burial will follow in Mobile Memorial Gardens.
