Raymond LaForce, age 52, a native of Bayou La Batre, AL passed away on Sunday, September 13, 2020. Mobile Memorial Gardens Funeral Home is honored to be entrusted with the arrangements.
Survivors include his daughter, Savannah LaForce; his ex-wife and confidant, Candy LaForce; his mother, Betty Rae LaForce; brothers, Victor LaForce, Brannon LaForce, and Leslie LaForce; and best friend, Don Glenn.
He was preceded in death by his daughter, Tori LaForce, and father, Frankie LaForce.
Raymond was a shipbuilder above all else. He was very generous, taking care of his entire family all of their lives, as well as friends, employees, and acquaintances. He was very knowledgeable of his trade among many other things. He was courageous, never backing down from life’s many obstacles. Raymond will be forever held in the hearts of all that knew him.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday, September 23, 2020, at 2:00 p.m. from the chapel of Mobile Memorial Gardens Funeral Home. The family will receive friends on Wednesday from 1:00 p.m. until service time at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Mobile Memorial Gardens Cemetery.

A chapel service will be held at 2pm on Wednesday, 09/23/2020 from Funeral Home, followed by a committal service at the grave site.
