He loved it since he was a small boy. At age 19, he helped a local float builder, Cecil Roebuck, design and build various organization floats. One of those organizations, he eventually joined. It was always his dream, as young boy, that he would one day start his own Mardi Gras organization. In 1993, with help from his brothers, his dream became a reality. In fact, he started more than one Mystic organization over the years. He was proud to have his daughter as queen one year and to have his son help to start his last mystic organization.
