Robyn Patrice Carlisle Hamilton - age 50; a native of Huntsville, AL and a resident of Mobile, AL peacefully passed away surrounded by her family Friday, October 29, 2021 at Providence Hospital. Robyn was a 1993 graduate of the University of North Alabama, a 1999 graduate of the University of South Alabama, and a childhood camper and counselor of Camp Seale Harris. She worked for 28 years as a social worker with 8 years at Mobile County DHR and the last 20 years at USA Children's and Women's Hospital in the NICU. Throughout Robyn's life, she committed herself to the service of others. She never met a stranger and offered assistance to anyone in need. She loved surrounding herself with her family and friends. She was preceded in death by her father, Robert Joseph Carlisle; mother-in-law, Valerie Ann Miller Hamilton, and her maternal and paternal grandparents. Robyn is survived by her husband of 22 years, William Patrick Hamilton; two children, Caroline Miller Hamilton and Joseph Cooper Hamilton; her mother, Patricia Carlisle of Sherwood AR; her father-in-law, William Michael Hamilton of Leonardtown, MD; two sisters, Ashley Hanan (Jason) of North Little Rock, AR and Leslie Allison (Bobby) of Cabot, AR; brother-in-law, Shaun Hamilton (MaryJo) of Broomall, PA; sister-in-law, Colleen Mosley (Kelvin) of Leonardtown, MD; eight nieces and nephews, Riley Claire Hanan, Robert Carter Hanan, Reese Carlisle Hanan, Ryan Mitchell Allison, Cole Joseph Allison, Cayla Catherine Hamilton, Lauren Brigid Reid (Kyle), and Michael Brian Mosley; and a host of aunts, uncles, and cousins. The family would like to thank the caring and compassionate nurses of 5 West ICU and 6 West CCU at Providence Hospital. Our hearts are with Cardiology Associates for the tireless effort, love, care, and support they provided to our family. We will be forever grateful to Lynn Ward for never leaving our side. A special thank you to Rev. Pat Arensberg and Sister Louise for their multiple visits and prayers.

Visitation will be from 5:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. on Tuesday, November 2, 2021 at Ascension Funeral Home with the Rosary at 7:30 P.M. The family will receive friends from 10:00 A.M. until 11:00 A.M. on Wednesday, November 3, 2021 at Corpus Christi Catholic Church with Mass of Christian Burial following at 11:00 A.M. Entombment will be in the Mausoleum at Mobile Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, it was Robyn's request that donations be made to Camp Seale Harris in her memory for children with diabetes to go to camp.
