Ruth Mae Morgan, age 89, of Semmes, Alabama, passed away Monday, December 16, 2019, at her home.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Wilford and Mattie Lee Davis and two brothers and two sisters.
Survivors include her husband of 72 years, Leo Morgan; sons, Terry Morgan (Kathy), Michael Morgan (Diane), and Sam Morgan (LaVonne); six grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren; 11 great-great-grandchildren; two brothers, Curtis Davis (Frances) and George Davis (Clara); sister, Willie Wiesse; and a host of nieces, nephews, and other family members.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday, December 18, 2019, at 2:00 p.m. from the chapel of Mobile Memorial Gardens Funeral Home with Pastor Charles Couey officiating. The family will receive friends from 1:00-2:00 p.m. prior to the service. Burial will follow at Mobile Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Justin Morgan, Kevin Hurt, Frankie Stewart, Damien Tolbert, Bradley Stewart, and Dorian Holland. Honorary pallbearers will be T.L. Morgan and Kahaled Morgan.
In lieu of flowers, the family request memorials be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.

A chapel service will be held at 2pm on Wednesday, 12/18/2019 from Mobile Memorial Gardens Funeral Home, followed by a committal service at the grave site.
