Shirley Ruth Moye Nesbitt was born in Atmore, Alabama on October 24, 1953 and she left this earth on December 17, 2019 at the young age of 66 after a courageous battle with breast cancer for her heavenly home. She was proceeded in death by her parents, James Leslie Moye and Grace Flowers Moye; and her brother Palma Devone Moye. She leaves behind her devoted husband of 46 years Haldon Leroy Nesbitt Jr., her daughter Diana Ruth Nesbitt Roberts (Joe Roberts), her sisters Dorothy Taylor and Margie Shipp, her brothers Kendrell Tyrone Moye (Sonja) and Dennis Leslie. Moye (Linda). Her devoted grandchildren Dustin Z. Roberts and Christina H. Roberts. Her brother in law Hillman Nesbitt, multiple nieces and nephews with numerous friends. She spent 40+ years of service to caring for others as a nurse at Mobile Infirmary Medical Center. She was a Worthy Matron member of The Eastern Star Hollering's Island Chapter 480. She loved to travel and taking care of plants and animals. The family would like to send a special thank you to SAADS Hospice and Home Health of Mobile, Alabama, the staff of SAADS Hospice Facility of Mobile, Alabama, Phillip Fulghim and Dorothy SAAD Dunning. Visitation will be held from Mobile Memorial Gardens Funeral Home on Friday, December 20, 2019 from 5-7 PM. Funeral services will be held from the Chapel of Mobile Memorial Gardens Funeral Home on Saturday, December 21, 2019 at 12:00 PM. Interment will be in Mobile Memorial Gardens.

A chapel service will be held at 12pm on Saturday, 12/21/2019 from Mobile Memorial Gardens Funeral Home, followed by a committal service at the grave site.
