Sibley Winford Perry, born August 22, 1941 in McCullough, Alabama, passed away October 22, 2021 in Theodore, Alabama. He was predeceased by father, Sibley Holms Perry; and mother, Dovie Ree Neugent.
Sibley was a father, grandfather, and great-grandfather. He is survived by his wife, Era; daughters, Tammy Lee (Tim), Teresa Miller (John), and Penny Goodson; sons, Sibley Perry, Jr. (Kim) and Paul Perry (Glenda); grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews; other relatives, and friends.
As a young man, Sibley served in the U.S. Army and was retired from management in the ship building industry. He was also an avid fisherman and won numerous trophies for his efforts. He loved antiques and bought and sold them during the course of his life. He loved animals to a fault and rescued and saved many dogs and cats during his life of which he is survived by ten kitties and two pups.
