Steven R. Williamson – a 62 year-old resident of Saraland passed away at his home on Saturday, July 24, 2021. Mr. Williamson was a 1976 graduate of Satsuma High School and worked as a barber in Saraland for 11 years. He retired from Courtalds as a chemical operator after 18 years of service. Mr. Williamson was currently employed with MAE as an interior lead. A good Christian, he was a faithful member of Bayou Sara Baptist Church. Mr. Williamson was preceded in death by his mother, Maria Guevara. He is survived by his beloved wife of 37 years, Teresa Collins Williamson; children, Melodie Williamson Sarubin (Mark) and Stephen Tyler Williamson; father, William R. Williamson; siblings, Regina Duran (Fernando), Eddie Williamson (Heidi), Keith Williamson (Michelle), and Donna Williamson (Keith); many other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be held from Bayou Sara Baptist Church on Wednesday, July 28, 2021, at 12 noon. The family will receive friends at the church from 10 a.m. until the service hour. Interment will be in Mobile Memorial Gardens. Serving as pallbearers will be Doyle Chisholm, Wakey Boyles, Mark Sarubin, David Garbo, Dennis Davis, and Julio Desouza. Honorary pallbearers are Richard Kelly, Rick Kelly, Tommy Jackson, and Steve Holland.
