Thomas Dean Neff, age 89, passed away in Bay Minette, AL on September 1, 2022.He was born in Flora, IL on April 21, 1933 to parents Virgil and Sylvia (Hanna) Neff. Mr. Neff was preceded in death by his loving wife, Marjorie Neff. Left to cherish his memory are his children, Patty (Steve) Mulkey and Tommy (Cynthia) Neff II; grandchildren, Steve (Terri) Mulkey, Jr., Christopher (Debbie) Mulkey, Mckenzie Neff and Hayden Neff; great-grandchildren, Ryan and Brogan Mulkey, Sean (Taylor) McCord, and Zach and Josh Schmelling.

Services will be at Mobile Memorial Gardens on Saturday, September 10, 2022 with visitation at the funeral home from 1:00pm until the graveside service at 2:00pm. Interment will follow.
