William Edmond Clements (Eddy), age 68, died unexpectedly on Jan. 11, 2022.
He was born May 11, 1953 in Montgomery, Alabama, the son of William H.
Clements and Margaret Willene Clements.
Eddy and his wife, Kathy Clements, were married for 21 years. They resided in
Mobile, Alabama, with their dog Booger, who passed away Oct. 24, 2021.
He worked for Lance, the snacks company, where he had a productive 20-year
career, and his hobbies included spending time with childhood friends and family,
watching football and playing guitar.
He is preceded in death by his father, William H. Clements; his brother,
Richard Blair; his daughter, Melanie Nestle; and his beloved dog Booger.
Eddy is survived by his wife, Kathy Clements; mother, Margaret Willene
Clements; three stepdaughters, Debra (Ronald) Dixon, Pamela (John) Holland and
Karen Teasley; stepson Kevin Hodges; 13 grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren;
and multiple cousins.

Mr. Eddy Clements' memorial service will be held Monday, Jan. 17 at Mobile Memorial Gardens Funeral Home (6040 Three Notch Road Mobile, Alabama 36619). Family viewing begins at 12:30 p.m. Public viewing begins at 1 p.m. and the service starts at 2 p.m. followed by graveside burial.
