Mr. Cecil Forbes was a good friend of mine. I knew him for 50 years. I remember him when I was 5 years old. He then was a neighbor who lived across the street. He was always kind to my parents and family. I thankfully got to talk with Mr. Forbes on Oct.7, 2013 at my mothers house, when he came by for a visit with his friend Bart. My prayers are with the family.
