Dulan Earl Lyles, Jr., a native and longtime resident of Mobile, AL passed away Thursday, April 2, 2020 at the age of 92. Earl was a veteran of World War II, the Korean War, and the Vietnam War. After serving 28 years he retired at the rank of Master Sergeant from the United States Air Force. Following military retirement, he attended Southwest State Technical College where he obtained his degree in Electronics Technology. Upon completion, he worked 10 years for Toledo Scale. Mr. Lyles was a loving husband, father, grandfather, and the patriarch of the Lyles family. He was proceeded in death by his brother, Erman Leonard Lyles and his two sisters, Urcle Lee Godwin and Dessa Ava Phillips. His survivors include his beloved wife of 70 years, Eva Lyles; his devoted daughter, Stephanie Williamson (Danny); two adoring grandsons, Brian Williamson, and Aaron Williamson (Lauren); four cherished nieces, Joy Miller, Deborah Phillips, Terri Givens and Toni Richardson; other relatives and friends. Visitation will be Thursday, April 9, 2020 from 12:00 Noon until 1:00 PM at Mobile Memorial Gardens Funeral Home, followed by a private graveside service and interment in Mobile Memorial Gardens.     I will always think of you as Strong, but gentle and always at peace in any situation. Every visit with you was memorable and I always felt like I had learned something after talking to you. I will always remember you in the kindest way.
    My love to all of you I'm saddened we cannot share this grief.
