Elizabeth Jean Childers, age 88, resident of Mobile, Alabama. She was born on December 14, 1937 and passed away on March 28, 2026. Jean grew up and attended school in Bessemer, Alabama. She loved her family, gardening, gospel music, westerns, and Native American culture. Jean is preceded in death by her son Jeffrey Alan Reynolds. She is survived by her 2 daughters, Debra Dooley, Lisa Reynolds, her grandson Keith Dooley and her 2 great grandchildren; great granddaughter, Ellie Dooley and great grandson, Konner Dooley and a litany of other relatives and friends.

Jean's funeral service will be held on April 6, 2026 at 12 PM; at Memorial Gardens Funeral Home with David Bullock of Luke 4:18 church presiding. Burial will follow in the Mobile Memorial Garden cemetery. Visitation will be held prior to the service on April 6, 2026 from 11 AM to 12 PM at Memorial Gardens funeral home.
