Harmon E. Walker, the son of Kirven W. Walker and Lizzie B. Walker, was born in Bashi December 9, 1937. Mr. Walker went to be with the Lord Saturday, March 28, 2020. He was 82 years of age.
Harmon had been employed as a printer with International Bag Mill in Mobile for more than 30 years. He was a man of great faith, who dearly loved his time in the Word of God. Survivors include his wife of more than 60 years, Mavis Lowe Walker of Wagarville; two sons, Ronnie (Clara) Walker of Wagarville and Danny (Hope) Walker of Chatom; four grand childeren, Bradley Chavez, Jennifer Walker Benton, Jake Walker, and Jodi Reed; five great-grandchildren, Caeden Benton, Brenna Reed, Zoi Chavez, Irene Walker and Alena Walker.
A graveside service will be conducted Wednesday, April 1, at Mobile Memorial Gardens. The Rev. Jimmy Butts will officiate.
