Mandy Renee Anderson Nevin, a native and lifelong resident of Mobile, AL, died suddenly Monday, July 29, 2019 at the age of 41. Mandy was a 1996 graduate of Davidson High School and loved the beach, pugs and butterflies. She was preceded in death by her father, Jerry Donald Anderson and her grandparents, Henry Wesley Rowell and Derian Joyce “Skeeter” McConnell Rowell. Her survivors include her mother, Francine Rowell Anderson Welsh; step-father, I.E. “Gene” Welsh, II; biological children, Canaan Donald Nevin, Elijah Ivan Welsh and Gabrielle Samantha Welsh; her sister, Melissa Anderson (Robert) Loudon; other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, August 7, 2019 at 12:00 Noon from the chapel of Mobile Memorial Gardens Funeral Home. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Wednesday morning from 10:00 AM until service time. Interment will follow in Mobile Memorial Gardens.

A chapel service will be held at 12pm on Wednesday, 08/07/2019 from Mobile Memorial Gardens Funeral Home, followed by a committal service at the grave site.

  1. Loved and missed...we celebrate a beautiful life and spirit. She never left without saying "I love you". Although hurting for her presence..us and her Lighthouse Church family rejoice as we know how happy she is! Loving you Mandy!!

  3. I am so sorry to hear this. I have fond memories of Mandy, Wes, and Canaan at Christmas with our family. I will keep her parents, children, and friends in my thoughts and prayers as we grieve for a life gone too soon.
