Patricia Anne (Heath) Wolfe died peacefully, surrounded by her loving family, in Mobile, Alabama on Friday, February 21, 2020 at the age of 80. Anne was born on September 6, 1939 in Augusta, Georgia. She graduated from Rock Hill High School and married Fred H. Wolfe in 1956. Anne was a devoted follower of the Lord Jesus Christ and loved her church family. She was a loving wife who faithfully supported her husband throughout their 61 years of ministry. Anne was a loving grandmother and great grandmother.
Anne was preceded in death by her parents, Albert and Alice Heath, and her brother, Robert Heath. She is survived by her husband of 63 years, Rev. Fred H. Wolfe, her sons Dr. Mark Wolfe (Margaret) of Hiram, Georgia and Jeffrey Wolfe (Brenda) of Mobile, Alabama, her grandchildren Stephen Wolfe (Lindsey), Rachel Tibbitts (Daniel), Stacy Walsh (Jeff), Laura Lawrence (Joshua), Kelly Wolfe, Brandon Wolfe and thirteen great-grandchildren Trinity Jackson, Lillian Tibbitts, Reagan Wolfe, Avery Wolfe, Lance Tibbitts, Addison Wolfe, Henry Lawrence, Jaye Walsh, Samuel Lawrence, Eva Wolfe, Saylor Wolfe, Theodore Lawrence, and Amelia Walsh.
The family wishes to express their heartfelt thanks to Gloria Barnette, Amy Barnette, and Dianne Baker who did so much to care for Anne in her final years. The family also wishes to thank Ashbury Manor, and a very special thanks to the staff at Saad Hospice Facility for making sure her final days were filled with dignity and peace.
Visitation for family and friends will be held on Friday, February 28th from 5:00-8:00 p.m. at Luke 4:18 Fellowship 2664 Sollie Road Mobile, AL. The Celebration of Life service will be on Saturday, February 29th at noon followed by a private family graveside service. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Luke 4:18 Fellowship in her memory.
